In the midst of the COVID-19 health crisis, and faced with a shortage of essential sanitizing supplies, companies have stepped up — even changed their production lines — to provide the product. We are seeing more and more businesses offering hand sanitizers for free and/or at a reduced cost. SixB Labels has joined the effort from donation initiatives to prioritizing production on these essential hand sanitizer labels.
Similar to cosmetic labels, these hand disinfectant bottle labels have to tolerate a variety of environments. Many will be applied to large bottles for use by multiple individuals — such as family members in a household, employees and/or customers in essentially deemed work settings — sometimes in a setting where they might be subject to moisture.
Often, however, the labels for hand sanitizer bottles must be small enough to fit personal bottles ranging from 1-, 2- to 4-ounce bottles. These personal packagings are perfect for a purse or pocket, so the bottle labels must also be sturdy enough to resist scuffing, smudging, and tearing.
Common Environments for Hand Sanitizer Labels:
- Individuals' Personal Use
- Industrial Work Settings
- High-Traffic Office Areas
- Doctors' Offices, Hospitals, Clinics
- Restrooms, Restaurants, Movie Theaters
- Hand-Washing Stations
